For 24 hours after the Dentawhite treatment:
* Do not eat or drink dark, staining substances such as: coffee, tea, red wine, soy sauce, and cola
* Do not smoke cigarettes or use any tobacco-containing products
* Do not use colored toothpaste. To maintain your Dentawhite smile over the long term: Touch-up treatments are suggested every one to two months. Ask your aesthetician about single-cycle touch-ups and schedule your next visit
* Visit your dentist regularly
* Minimize consumption of coffee, tea, and other staining foods and drinks. Also, minimize cigarette smoking
